Hillsville’s Second Saturday Concert Series kicks off with the much-requested return of Legacy Motown Revue!  Carroll Cruisers hosts their classic car cruise-in starting at 5PM on N. Main St., and the Second Saturday concert starts at 7PM.

Admission is free.
